You must provide the necessary documentation and specifically request this during the application process. A mistake could result in you having to pay the full fee. Applications based on financial solvency or investor status require payment of 100%.
International students are exempt from payment, provided they meet the requirements. A mistake could result in mandatory regularization, fines, or deportation. MIGRALAW supports students throughout their academic career.

Before the INM processes your application, you must pay the fee for receiving and reviewing your file. This payment has three key features:
Since this payment alone does not guarantee anything, submitting a complete and well-supported application is crucial. At MIGRALAW, we prepare your application to maximize your chances of approval before you make any payment.
The INM's fees may seem affordable, but the real cost of a mistake isn't in the immigration fees—it's in the consequences.
This registration serves as the legal basis for any work permits issued to your employees. Without it, you cannot apply for residence permits based on a job offer or claim the 50% tax deduction.
We handle registration, renewal, and all corporate immigration compliance matters so your company can operate risk-free.
