Frequently Asked Questions

Important Information About Your Appointment

Everything you need to know before scheduling your in-person or virtual session with our legal team.

Can I visit the offices without making an appointment?

No. Due to corporate security protocols and capacity limits, we cannot accommodate anyone without prior confirmation. To ensure that a lawyer specializing in your matter is available, it is essential that you complete the form and confirm your appointment time in advance.

Is there a fee for in-person appointments?

Yes. In-person appointments are intended exclusively for an in-depth analysis and diagnosis of immigration processes. These are strategic, personalized legal consultation sessions led by a specialist attorney, and a consultation fee applies.

Can I get advice without having to go to an office?

Of course. If you are out of town or would prefer not to travel, you can schedule a formal video consultation. Video conference sessions (Google Meet / Zoom) have the same legal standing, document review, and validity as an in-person meeting.

What documents should I have on hand for my appointment?

We recommend that you have your valid passport, current immigration document (FMM, residence card, or prior visa, if applicable), and any notices, official letters, or requests issued by the National Institute of Migration (INM) or the appropriate authority.

How long does it take for them to respond to the contact form?

Our legal team reviews and processes requests within a maximum of 24 business hours (Monday through Friday). You will receive an email or message with the available options for scheduling your in-person or virtual appointment.

Do you handle administrative procedures and processes in any state in Mexico?

Yes. Although our main offices for in-person appointments are located in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Cancún, we represent clients and handle immigration proceedings at the various INM offices throughout Mexico.
