Article 01

Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to MIGRALAW SAPI DE CV (hereinafter, "MIGRALAW"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing any service through our websites migralaw.com.mx, migralaw.mx, regularizacionmigratoria.com, and migralaw.com (collectively, the "Websites"), you, as a user ("User" or "Client"), expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), as well as by the policies and supplementary documents incorporated by reference.

If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, company, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Websites on behalf of such an entity constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on its behalf.

MIGRALAW reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an update on the Websites, without the need for prior individual notice. Any modifications will take effect upon publication. We recommend that you review this document periodically.

Article 02

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Websites—including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, icons, source code, software, visual design, the MIGRALAW word mark, the Migrorio mascot, and the slogan “No Rejections from the INM”—is the exclusive property of MIGRALAW and/or its licensors, and is protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable intellectual property regulations in Mexico and internationally.

Prohibited Uses

The following is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from MIGRALAW:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content on the site.
• Using MIGRALAW's trademarks, logos, or visual elements for commercial or any other purposes.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the site or its applications.
• Using the name, brand, or identity of MIGRALAW on social media, in advertising, or in communications without express authorization.

Third-Party Content

This site may contain links to third-party websites. MIGRALAW does not endorse, control, or guarantee the content of such sites and assumes no responsibility for them. Access to external sites is the sole responsibility of the User.

Article 03

Privacy and Personal Data

MIGRALAW is committed to protecting its Users’ personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its implementing regulations, as well as the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the INAI.

The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the primary and secondary purposes described in our Privacy Notice. Data subjects may exercise their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection) at any time.

Legal Services Advertising and Notices

The information contained on these websites is provided for informational and promotional purposes only. It does not constitute individualized legal advice nor does it create an attorney-client relationship. The cases, testimonials, and results mentioned pertain to specific situations and do not guarantee the same or similar results in future cases.

All immigration procedures described on this website can be completed directly by the applicant at the National Institute of Migration (INM), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), or other federal government agencies, free of charge. MIGRALAW’s services offer added value based on experience, expertise, and professional guidance.

Article 05

Services and Options

MIGRALAW offers its services in the following formats, each subject to its own specific terms:

• Virtual Service: Remote consulting and assistance with administrative procedures via digital platforms.
• In-Person Service: Visit our offices located in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City.
• VIP Service: Priority support with a dedicated account manager and faster response times.
• Corporate Services: Global mobility solutions for businesses, remote workers, and investors.

The scope, delivery times, and specific terms and conditions for each service option are detailed in the service proposal, quote, or service agreement signed by the parties.

Article 06

Payment Policy

The payment structure varies depending on the type of service purchased:

MIGRALAW reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service in the event of failure to make the required payments. Operating expenses that have already been incurred are non-refundable.

Article 07

Billing

To receive a tax receipt (CFDI), the Customer must send their complete and accurate tax information to admin@migralaw.org within the same calendar month in which the payment was made.

If no request is received by the end of this period, a CFDI will be automatically issued to the general public in accordance with SAT regulations, and it will not be possible to subsequently modify it in the customer's name.

On the invoice, the payment description will appear as "MIGRALAW SAPI DE CV" on the customer's account statements.

If an error attributable to MIGRALAW is detected, we reserve the right to issue credit memos or corrections in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Article 08

Payment Methods

MIGRALAW accepts the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PCI DSS-certified platforms: Stripe, Clip, and PayPal. Transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer. By choosing this method, the Customer expressly agrees not to request chargebacks for payments that have been duly authorized.

Bank Transfer (SPEI)

Specific bank details will be generated through the MIGRALAW payment portal. Bank details will be communicated privately and securely through official channels (institutional email). MIGRALAW will never share bank details via WhatsApp, social media, or text messages.

International Payments

SEPA transfers and wire transfers are available for international customers. Details will be provided securely after the quote process.

Article 09

Refund Policy

Virtual Service — Non-Refundable

Full payment in advance covers immediate operating expenses that are non-refundable. The Virtual Service is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, unless otherwise provided by applicable Mexican law.

In-Person, VIP, and Corporate Services

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following policy:

• The first 50% (down payment) covers expenses that have already been committed and is generally non-refundable once the process has begun.
• The remaining 50% may be partially refunded in cases of justified cancellation prior to the delivery of results, subject to an internal review and the signing of a release letter.
• Government fees (DAN, INM fees, SRE fees, etc.) paid to government agencies are not refundable by MIGRALAW.

Application Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@migralaw.org, including the case number, a description of the reason for the request, and supporting documentation. The review process may take up to 15 business days.

Article 10

Customer Obligations and Representations

By engaging the services of MIGRALAW, the Client represents and agrees to:

• Have all the necessary rights and authority to contract services on one's own behalf or on behalf of third parties.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times, including identification documents, immigration history, and any other information required for the process.
• Submit the requested documentation by the specified deadlines and in the specified formats. MIGRALAW shall not be held responsible for any delays attributable to the Client.
• Keep your login credentials for MIGRALAW platforms and portals confidential.
• Please notify MIGRALAW immediately of any changes in your immigration status, personal circumstances, or company situation that could affect the process.
• Use the services exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Mexican and international law.

Article 11

Conduct and Acceptable Use of the Site

The User agrees not to engage, either directly or indirectly, in any of the following conduct:

• Accessing MIGRALAW’s or third parties’ systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Uploading viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious code to the Websites.
• Collect personal data from other users through scraping, phishing, or other unauthorized means.
• Impersonating MIGRALAW, its attorneys, associates, or other users.
• Using the Websites for illegal or fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Modify, adapt, decompile, or reverse engineer the code or content of the site.
• Conduct benchmarking or compile information from the Websites for the benefit of competitors.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions entitles MIGRALAW to immediately suspend access and, if necessary, take appropriate legal action.

Article 12

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the provision of services or these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to follow the following step-by-step process:

1. Direct negotiation: The parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication within 15 business days of notification of the dispute.
2. Mediation: If no agreement is reached, the parties may submit the dispute to mediation before a recognized mediation center in Mexico.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Mexican law, and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.

In all cases, the applicable jurisdiction and laws shall be those of the United Mexican States, with the competent courts located in Mexico City.

Article 13

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement

The Customer expressly agrees to refrain from making, publishing, or disseminating, by any means—including social media, review sites, news outlets, online forums, or mass private communications—any statements, comments, or content that:

• Whether they are false, misleading, or not based on verifiable facts.
• Damage, discredit, or harm the moral, professional, or commercial reputation of MIGRALAW, its partners, attorneys, or associates.
• Disclose confidential information regarding the case file, legal strategy, internal information, or data pertaining to MIGRALAW’s third-party clients.

Consequences of Noncompliance

In the event of a breach of this agreement, MIGRALAW reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend any procedures, refund processes, or communication with the customer.
• To bring civil and/or criminal legal actions to protect its honor, reputation, and commercial image, in accordance with the Federal Civil Code and applicable laws.
• To seek compensation for damages caused.

The resumption of any reimbursement procedure or process will be contingent upon the signing of a Letter of Undertaking regarding Non-Defamation and Confidentiality.

Article 14

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Mexican law, MIGRALAW shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Websites or their services.
• Decisions by immigration authorities (INM, SRE, embassies) that are unfavorable, regardless of the efforts made by MIGRALAW.
• Changes in laws, regulations, or government policy that occurred during the process.
• Delays or refusals caused by incomplete, incorrect, or untimely information provided by the Customer.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access by third parties to the Customer's account or information.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or failures in third-party infrastructure.

In any case, MIGRALAW’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Article 15

Force Majeure

MIGRALAW shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations when such events are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics declared by the competent authorities.
• Government actions, legislative changes that take effect immediately, or decisions by immigration authorities.
• Strikes, work stoppages, or labor disputes in public institutions.
• Widespread outages in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or internet services.
• Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

In such cases, MIGRALAW will notify the Client as soon as possible and resume services as soon as circumstances permit.

Article 16

Disclaimer and Scope of Service

MIGRALAW’s services are primarily advisory and administrative in nature. MIGRALAW applies its best professional judgment, up-to-date knowledge, and diligence to each case; however, the Client expressly acknowledges that:

• It is not possible to guarantee specific outcomes in any immigration process.
• Final decisions rest solely with the competent authorities (INM, SRE, etc.).
• The success of the process also depends on the Client's timely cooperation.
• Regulatory changes may affect the strategy and outcome of ongoing proceedings, for which MIGRALAW shall not be held liable.

By engaging MIGRALAW’s services, you fully accept these limitations.

Article 17

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

MIGRALAW reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Websites or upon direct notification to the Client, without requiring any additional express acceptance.

Continued use of the Websites or failure to terminate the service agreement following notification of changes will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

For substantial changes, MIGRALAW will make every effort to notify active Clients via email at least 5 business days in advance.

Article 18

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any dispute that may arise from their interpretation or application, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, excluding any conflict-of-laws principles that might result in the application of foreign law.

For the resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through the mechanisms provided for in Article 12, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled by reason of their present or future domicile.

Article 19

Specific Terms by Service Type

In addition to these general Terms and Conditions, each type of service is governed by its own specific terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms shall prevail over the general terms with respect to the specific matter in question:

Last updated: 2026. Version 3.0. This document supersedes and renders null and void any previous version of MIGRALAW’s Terms and Conditions.
